Our favourite show is back on our screens with a bang, and it promises to turn up the heat by
a thousand degrees. Season 1 was engaging from the very first episode and season 2 seems to
be living up to the expectations.
Our heroes get an unexpected welcome at Olifants High School after their victory over the
previous principal. They have their lives back and nothing could go wrong. The new banger
not only grips with suspense, fearing for our beloved characters; Buhle, Khaya, Mahlatsi, Amo
and Tumelo as new threats loom over the horizon.
Additionally, realism and character growth contribute vitally to the development and
unravelling of the story line. With each frame telling a story on its own, it is safe to say that the
whole team gave it their best to bring us this artwork.
With season 1 earning an Iemmy-nomination; can season 2 live up to this acclaim and remain
“a wild ride full of fun, danger, sex and violence” that Aaron Akinyemi painted on BBC? I
intend on finding which cards the creators have up their sleeves
